What Auditry does
Auditry connects, with your permission, to marketing and analytics accounts that you already own. It reads reporting data from them, presents it in a dashboard, and produces written audits and recommendations. It is a reporting and analysis tool: it does not make changes to your accounts, your website, or your advertising.
Your account
You are responsible for who you let into your Auditry account and for the accounts you choose to connect. You must have the right to connect any data source you connect — if you are an agency connecting a client's account, that is between you and your client, and you confirm you have their authority to do it.
Your data stays yours
You own your data and your client relationships. We claim no ownership over anything you connect or anything Auditry generates from it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train general-purpose AI models. See the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not connect accounts you do not have permission to access.
- Do not attempt to reach another customer's data, or to probe for it.
- Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or rebrand the Auditry service itself. (Putting your brand on the reports is a feature — see our agency plans. Putting your brand on the product is not.)
- Do not use Auditry to break the terms of any data source you connect.
Availability
We work to keep Auditry running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some data depends on third parties — if Google's API is down, or your connection is revoked, that part of Auditry will not work until it is fixed, and that is outside our control.
Accuracy of findings
Auditry's audits and recommendations are generated from your data and are intended to inform your decisions, not to replace your judgment. Every finding is traceable to the metric behind it precisely so you can check it. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome.
Billing
The free plan is free. Paid plans, when they launch, are billed monthly, prorated to the day, and cancellable at any time, with no annual commitment. Full billing terms will be published here before any charge is made.
Ending it
You may close your account at any time. On closure we delete your data, as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Auditry is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
TODO — to be completed with counsel. These terms will be governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Auditry's operating entity is established, and that entity and jurisdiction will be named here before launch.
